Our Humans

Paige Hamel

(She/Her)
& just like you, she’s a healing human.

Through yoga, she guide others in cultivating mindfulness, self-awareness, and a profound connection with their inner Selves. Most importantly, she encourages building a relationship with all of the sensations and symptoms that present themselves in order to learn to listen to where healing is needed, and just exactly what kind of nourishment you are in need of.

In Paige’s care, you'll find a blend of loving, compassionate support rooted in both Homeopathic principles and Yoga philosophy and practices. Beyond remedies and postures, she offer comprehensive lifestyle and dietary guidance as needed, ensuring a well-rounded approach to your care. She is specifically passionate about plant-based nutrition.

Before Paige dove into the realm of her homeopathic education, she obtained a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Religious Studies, as well as a degree in International Relations from the University of Calgary. Her yogic studies include an additional 25-hour certification in Aerial Yoga, and a 100-hour certification in Yin Yoga.

When she’s not deep in her patient cases, teaching classes or sitting in her own healing journey, she’s hanging in the sunshine with her cats and husband, reading, crocheting, sewing, gardening, fermenting, baking, or doing anything that will keep her busy and get her creative juices flowing.

Paige is a dedicated Homeopath and Yoga Teacher with a passion for empowering individuals on their healing journeys. Having navigated her own challenges within the conventional Western medical system, she intimately understands how hard it can be to find the support that is needed to be healthy and feel well. She understands the importance of advocating for oneself and taking charge of one's well-being.

Drawing from personal experiences, she recognizes the significance of creating a space where individuals can have their stories and symptoms truly listened to, validated and addressed. Her own healing journey has fuelled a commitment to fostering an environment where patients actively participate in their health decisions and treatment plans.

She has a Diploma in Homeopathy and Health Sciences from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine, trained in Classical Homeopathy. She has a specific passion for reproductive health care, including natural birth control, body autonomy, sexual well-being, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care.

Having obtained her 200-hour Yoga teaching certification in India in 2016, Yoga plays a pivotal role in her holistic approach to health and healing. For Paige, it's not just a physical practice but a transformative tool that builds a relationship of listening, love, and respect—with not only the physical body, but the mental and emotional realms as well.

Mary Willette

(She/Her)
& just like you, she’s a healing human.

Having trouble navigating her recovery, Mary accepted a generous offer from a friend to try a Reiki session. Laying on the table, she felt herself break open in a way she had never allowed herself to before. The session impacted her so much that she went on to receive her official training.

A dedicated daily self-Reiki practice has been the foundation of her healing work, and from that wellspring, her relationships, art practice, and life have been nourished. Reiki empowers you to become the custodian of your body and life by connecting you with your root source, giving you the capacity to live your daily life in a balanced and connected way.

As a mother, a healing human from complex traumas, and an artist, she is especially interested in helping people tend to the subtle layers of the emotional body by creating a safe and sacred place to rest and restore themselves. Whether it is the stresses of daily life, or more specific issues such as navigating the ever-changing layers of pregnancy and postpartum, or the lifelong journey of Motherhood, Reiki invites you to meet yourself authentically. Mary welcomes you to join her on this journey.

In addition to her Reiki, Mary is a multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of sculpture and performance. She has a BFA in Fine Arts from the Columbus College of Art and Design and an MFA in Fine Art from the University of Michigan. An aspiring art therapist, Mary began her studies at the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute before deciding to pause her schooling to focus on her young child. She plans to return when the season is right.

Mary is an artist, Mother, and Reiki Personal Master (RPM) trained in the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition. Having practiced for over 12 years, she has lived her practice daily and has worked with both private clients and in group healing sessions. Her specialty is holding space for the emotional body by providing a place of deep restoration and peace. Clients gently come back into balance while feeling whole, seen, and held.

Reiki officially found Mary in 2008 after she was recovering from a serious vehicle accident that left her both physically incapacitated and emotionally vulnerable. At these zero-point moments in our lives, healing usually finds its way through our fragile shells and begins the tender work of rebuilding us.
