What’s inside

  • These classes are based in the energy of Yin. They focus on a deep release within the body’s connective tissues, which allows a deep emotional and mental opening as well. A great balance to more active lifestyles and practices. You can expect long, supported, and passive holds.

  • These are great practices for when you feel you need a little bit of both the strengthening and the stretching. They'll first get your body moving and your heart pumping, and then bring you into a really restful space. These classes start with dynamic and intentional movement, followed by a blend of yin and restorative postures to provide you with a balanced feel-good practice.

  • Similar to Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga classes consist of long-held postures, lots of support, and plenty of rest and relaxation. The main difference between Yin and Restorative is that Restorative yoga has holds between 8-15 minutes, and does not seek for the edge of sensation. These classes allow the body, mind and heart to fully rest and reset.

  • These classes guide you through dynamic and intentional movement. They kind of sneak up on you as they're often more challenging, but guided in a very loving way. If you're familiar with Vinyasa style classes, that's what these are! Often classes lead up to a peak pose such as an arm balance, bind, or other challenging posture. Although this class can be challenging at times, modifications and options will be given allowing accessibility for all levels.

  • These classes focus on getting deep release within the body with a combination of asana (postures) and myofascial release. These classes will use a variety of techniques and props to reach deep into the tissues of the body. With intentional movements, articulated placement of the body, intelligent use of props, and longer holds, this class will have your body, mind and heart feeling balanced and open. Don’t worry if you don’t have the “proper” props, you’ll be able to find everything you need around your home. This is a wonderful place to start if you're new to yoga.

  • These are guided meditation recordings ranging from 10 to 60 minutes. All meditations are great for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, and all guide you closer to connection with yourself.

  • Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that brings you through the layers of the body in order to meet a deeper, more genuine aspect of your being.
